Kodak Virtual Care Kits

As of September 1, 2006, Kodak will be offering Virtual Care Kits. The KODAK Care Kit box has been replaced with a completely digital process that transmits via e-mail all of the necessary warranty upgrade or extension information, including customers' Care Kit serial numbers and links to online registration. Details of service coverage, in PDF format, can then be printed as needed.

There are many advantages to this new process. For example, our customers will no longer need to pay shipping cost for the care kit boxes. The coverage that the customer receives will still be the same. When the care kits are purchase from CTI, our distributor registers the kits and then sends e-mail confirmations of the registration.
