The Advanced Forms Recognition module offers high accuracy on a wide range of forms, including documents that were previously considered unsuitable for automatic processing. This powerful module can capture semi-structured and tabular data, even when tables dynamically change format or extend over multiple columns or pages.

Need an automated way to handle forms with complex patterned or watermarked backgrounds, such as bills of lading, prescriptions, or security documents? This uses powerful color and grayscale processing to get the best bitonal representation, which in turn enables the best recognition rates.

Advanced image processing also allows non-dropout forms to be processed, even from a bitonal image. It can remove boxes while leaving the characters largely intact. And Recognition can use arbitrary features for registration and identification, which is crucial when processing legacy data.

High-Speed Correction

The Advanced Forms Corrector is a high-volume data-correction module that lets you confirm or correct any characters that were rejected by Recognition.
