Production high-speed image printing

Print-It supports high-speed printing devices for rapid blow-back of graphic images. Printed images may contain production numbers and can be identified according to document unitization. Print-it enables the user with printing capabilities exceeding the limitations of a digital copier's standard print function.

Print-It Features:

• Prints the unique production number at the bottom or top of the page
• Inserts custom separator sheets between documents or other strategic placement (requres Control or Admin for setup)
• Accommodates print tray switching for automatically inserting colored separator sheets and stapling (for some models manufactured by Ricoh, Savin, Gestetner, Kyocera Mita, Konica, Toshiba, HP, Xerox, Oce' and Minolta)
• Prints letter codes in the lower left corner for identifying original document unitization
• Allows the contents of a text field to be printed at the bottom or top of the page
• Facilitates the printing of a re numbered production set of pages
• Choose from several TIFF file import methods
• Rated speed TIFF printing using the manufacturers Windows print driver
• Stamp the bottom of the print with phrases such as "Confidential"
• Provides custom sequential page numbering of printout
• Print job setup with a new, convenient user interface

Capture

Designed for the users that desire dedicated staging and processing of individual tasks. Generally Capture is preferred over PDF.Capture for very large production facilities. DocuLex's Capture creates industry standard Group 4 TIFF images using high-speed or flatbed scanners. Capture identifies document unitization, attachment range, generates production numbers, accommodates insert and renumbering while scanning, plus collects indexing information at multiple levels. Capture is an open system, accommodating prominent litigation support imaging systems and database applications. Whether scanning 10,000 or 100,000 pages daily, DocuLex Capture will meet all production demands.
